Looks like there is a need for a class for a 7 or 8 year old kid to move to, on the 2 cycle side. The only class offered is a yamaha class at 260 lbs. A lighter yamaha class or the new IAME Swift engine with the restricted header seems like a good stepping stone. With the weight in the 215-225 lbs range. Just a thought. Maybe make the class open to the ages 7 – 10.

I’d like to see the following changes to get the classes closer in line with national level rules but not all the way

    206 Jr Sportsman
    Increase weight to 255

    206 Jr Pro
    Increase weight to 290

    Safety
    Morning safety tech
Increase number of corner workers/possibly tap into local volunteer scca corner workers
Increased safety at Owensboro with more protection around vertical non movable objects

    Racing flags
Full use of racing flags and penalties for not obeying

Limiting the about of contact in the jr classes and penalties for reckless driving

Addition of a mylaps based timing system

The addition of online registration and pit pass purchase through a website like clubregistration.net or motorsportsreg.com
